"I had my first raindrop session a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Elizabeth was wonderful. She explained each step of the process and the rationale behind it. For me, the results were immediate.

As someone who has lived with chronic pain for over 15 years, I know firsthand that it affects more than just physical health. What I appreciate about raindrop is that it addresses the mind, body, and spirit connection. Not only did I experience pain relief and a decrease in inflammation, but I was more relaxed and slept better than I have in a long time.

It's important to know that I had a MFR treatment with Amber right after my raindrop session, which was just the cherry on top of my whole experience. Elizabeth and Amber are my "one-two punch" to pain on my road to total healing. They are simply the best at what they do! I highly recommend both the raindrop technique and MFR treatment at Monarch!"
