We are unable to guarantee results from treatment sessions, interventions, or advice given, due to numerous factors. However, if you are unsatisfied or unhappy in any way with your experience at Monarch Physical Therapy you will not have to pay or may request a refund if paid in advance.
This applies to Physical Therapy only. We do not issue refunds for unused Wellness sessions.
