Getting Back To Where I Started
Ten years ago, I found myself really frustrated with healthcare and working as an employee, but not feeling like I had much freedom in treating the way I wanted to treat people (I’ve been a physical therapist since 1997, so this was not a new feeling—this was just the time I finally decided to act and do something about it!)
So, with no business mentor, I rented an old wooden house on Blanco in Boerne with two treatment rooms and decided I was going to change the world. Somewhere along the way, between taking care of patients and taking care of my staff, I managed to lose sight of what is good for Brenda.
2020 was a challenging year to be in business, and 2021 is no real cupcake either, so with all of that in mind, I decided to re-focus and remember why I offer myofascial release to the Hill Country.
I have found a small, old house on High Street in Comfort, and will start treating there in September. We will be closing the Boerne location and just have one physical location in Comfort—we are planning on late September, but with construction and any possible delays, we will update on how that is going and let everyone know.
We will still provide excellent care, just will be in one location that does not involve the never-ending construction on Interstate 10! If you are a Boerne or San Antonio client, you still have some time to make appointments and come to the location that is convenient for you, and you are always welcome to come to Comfort.
Please reach out and contact me if you have further questions, just doing my best to let everyone know what is going on!! Pictures of the Blanco and the High Street office.
