The Day That Monarch Physical Therapy, Llc Could Officially Be Open.

The day, according to the state of Texas, that Monarch Physical Therapy, LLC could officially be open.

Hard to believe 9 years of business, personal growth and development, and amazing interactions with some of the best staff and clients in the USA has gone by so quickly.

I googled the meaning of the number 9 (cause why not—the internet is always full of truth—lol). Biblically 9 is a number of completion, which is pretty cool. What really grabbed my attention was the following :

number 9 also represents the fruits of God’s Holy Spirit, which are Faithfulness, Gentleness, Goodness, Joy, Kindness, Long suffering, Love, Peace and Self-control (Galatians 5:22 – 23).

If you have ever studied the fruits of the spirit—you know that they are divine gifts—things that you cannot do all by yourself—that you need the Holy Spirit to assist you in any/all the things on the list. Trying to do them by yourself is just crazy.

I feel the same way about being a small medical office. There has been some praying and divine intervention along the way. It has not been an easy road, and it does give me some grey hair—but, it also brings me great joy to do healthcare different and still keep me going. 2020 has sure brought some curveballs to the mix, but for sure, the fruits of the spirit has been with me all year long.

Hoping everyone has a great weekend and that we can all enjoy what the next 9 years will bring.

I have been a physical therapist for over 20 years, and a student of John F Barnes Myofascial release for 15 years. I have had an open spirit, and a tight physical body from birth, so I not only teach clients daily about movement, but I also stretch/move daily. I am pleased to say, I have less pain and am more active at 46 than I was at 28. I love my dogs, and outside of work I live a simple life of being outside or on the ranch.
