Body in Balance

Where did Summer go? I can’t believe it’s already August, so I am still trying to cram in visits with visiting friends, swimming, and maybe a nice long weekend. Time flies fast like summer, and sometimes our health/energy level starts to change. It can be fast, like summer, or more gradual, sort of sneaks up on us, and then we realize we can’t do the activity we thought we could do. It’s frustrating and hard on the Ego.

You might have read a prior blog, or heard us talking about Biochemical Analysis, and are still wondering what the heck that is! Well that is where Christina Sessums from Purely Simple Organic Living comes in. She provides and integrative holistic wellness and support plan to get to the root cause of an imbalanced body system.  She tests urine and saliva to see what your body is shedding off or not absorbing, she recommends lab testing to check out mineral, hormonal and organ systems to see where the “lack of energy” is coming from.

Myofascial Release from Monarch PT helps the physical body be in alignment for whole body healing, and we feel like Christina’s experience brings another piece of the wellness puzzle to the scene.

You can meet Christina and me at the Patrick Health Public Library on Aug 21 at 5:30 in the upstairs community room and she will answer questions and give a presentation to help you understand where she is coming from.

Let us join you on your journey to wellness, and see you on the 21st! Seating is limited to 15, so you can call the Boerne office 830.431.0773 or email Laura at : Frontdesk@monarchpt.com to save your seat. The event is free, but space is limited.
