So Much Good Is Happening at Monarch

So much good is happening at Monarch—it’s such a blessing! You might have seen our ads or announcements about our Monarch You program. It is a wellness/educational intensive program of MFR, classes and biochemical analysis for one month or 3 month intervals. Our first class starts April 16th (so there is still time to sign up), and our next series will start in September.

What I am over the moon excited about, is that Elizabeth Foderaro, LMT is on staff to help with Monarch You and all of our wellness sessions. Elizabeth is a licensed massage therapist specializing in the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release Therapy. She has been practicing MFR since January, 1995. Elizabeth has since received hundreds of hours training in the John F. Barnes series of MFR courses earning the status of Expert Practitioner. In addition, she was also trained in Dr. Peter Levine’s three year program for Somatic Experiencing. This is a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders.

Elizabeth is also trained in the Raindrop Technique, which combines MFR and Young Living oils. “The Raindrop Technique® is a unique practice based on methods that have been used for centuries to rejuvenate the body and mind. The Raindrop Technique helps bring balance and harmony to the body by combining targeted massage and distinctive energy approaches. It also includes pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils to create an atmosphere of spirituality and serenity.” (reference from Essential Oil desk reference, 2011). A one hour session of Raindrop is $130. If you have questions about this, please book an “ease your worry” session and Elizabeth will be happy to answer your questions.

Brenda, Elizabeth and Amber have all worked together at different times, and different places, so it is wonderful having everyone here at the same time!!
